Vinylmaster Cut will not import DXF file

Trying to import a DXF file (perf test.DXF) generated in my CAD software (solidworks) and nothing happens. The file is confirmed good by two other programs (Draftsight and edrawings).

I can export a dxf from Vinylmaster Cut (testExport.DXF) and then re-import that dxf file back into Vinylmaster Cut no problem.

I can import a dxf from mine fine.  but yours won't import???

Try converting the DXF file to PDF using http://www.dxfconverter.org/ and it should load in correctly.

The problem seems to have been due to a DXF file with nothing but circles, it somehow confuses the software. The workaround is to draw another shape, a rectangle, around them.

Yes, this issue has since been identified and corrected. These changes and others will be applied to the next update due out shortly.

Submitted my Serial Number and it displays "Invalid PSN"

 

Edit: I see now where this is for Vm Purchased through US Cutter...

What about those of us that Purchased Directly?

So I can bring in a DXF but its not at the right size.  Is there a setting that I need to know about?
