Larumancik 0 Posted September 5, 2016 I have my vinyl loaded into my 24" and the rollers locked down but as I watch it cut it moves about a quarter inch from the start position to when it ends. It's making my designs come out cockeyed. Any ideas? I have the vinyl fight against the roll when the cut begins.
KYSIGN 233 Posted September 5, 2016 Make sure your pinch rollers are positioned over the textured parts of the grit roller. You need to manually unroll enough vinyl for the job, do not let the machine pull vinyl from the roll.
Submaweiner 1 Posted September 23, 2016 The SC Series have a malfunction in which the right-most roller cannot be flush with the right-most edge. You must move the roller about an inch from the sidewall or it will cause this. hope this helps.
