TRACE SCREEN DISSAPEARING BEORE I CAN CHANGE SETTINGS

Using vinyl master cut i go to trace my vector. It starts to trace the vector and the trace window pops up. However it traces it super fast and automatically closes the window without allowing me to change settings or click accept. Giving me some funny contour cut outlines I don't like.

 

Any thoughts?

First thing to try is a test to see if the Vectorizer is working correctly.

Navigate to and open this file in VinylMaster:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\VinylMaster Files\Images\Imperial Coffee.JPG

Trace this to see if it works. 

If it does, then the artwork you have may have far too few pixels to trace and you will need to get a better sample to work with.

This is happening to me to.  I just bought the basic..thought you can import an image and trace and cut but it only outlines outside.  I did as recommended above but had the same

issue to vectorizer..went away too fast to make any adjustments.  Claims to be easy to use but either theres flaw or misrepresenting of your product.

Do you have the USCutter edition that has a button with the word Vectorizer that you can click on, or are you trying with a non USCutter edition and via the Contour Cutting Wizard?
