Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted August 12, 2016 Add to the over it in your cutting software. The stepper motor cutters have this problem more as the blade is stopping a slight bit before the end , usually due to the coarser " steps" the motor sets to measure distance. Also many ti,Es we find it worse when people have too much blade exposure because the read to use a credit card to measure the exposure. Take the holder out and drag it across the vinyl and adjust until it just cuts thru the vinyl and barely leaves a mark on the backing.
