Sliding Rear Window Application Help

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I was looking for someone to either explain or demonstrate how to apply a large decal across the rear window of a truck with a sliding back glass. I've done some research and all I am finds is solid rear windows. I've practiced before and no matter how many times I measure before I apply, the decal still seems to be uneven across the three window panels.

Also, how do you trim along the edges of the seals?

Any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

I do same as above. Once piece then trim. I also trim at the glass not at the seal. If there is a trim at the edge of the slider the eye will ignore it.

Thanks you guys! I appreciate the help. I just need to keep practicing I guess! Do any of you know of a video demonstration or a step by step of the process?

I haven't checked but you might find something on Google.

Type in Google: "How to put a decal on a sliding glass window". I did it and they popped right up.
