Wildgoose 4,200 Posted July 6, 2016 Welcome to the forum. There are specific sections within the forum for various questions. Many if not all have been asked previously so you can probably find some answers by searching a bit. If you don't find what you want then post up and we will help out. The Forum is going through a complete make-over so things might be a bit dicey for a little while as they move over to the new interface. Please be patient. Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted July 6, 2016 usually solved with 2 things - too many people do not set their blade correctly and this will leave a bit uncut, other thing is to add a little overcut in your cutting program -from our friend skeeter "This is how to set your blade depth correctly.. You should barely see or feel the blade out of the blade holder. To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. You should only be cutting the vinyl and barely a mark on wax paper backing, Adjust blade to get there, Then put the blade holder back in machine, and use the force of the machine to get there, same results, only cutting the vinyl and barely a mark in wax paper backing." Wildgoose 4,200 Posted July 6, 2016 Ha ha! What REALLY should happen is each new forum member should have to read and acknowledge that post before their forum membership is validated. THAT would be awesome.
