uscutter mh871-mk2 overlapping parts of image

i have drawn a semi detailed image in illustrator. when i go to cut it, the plotter overlaps parts of the image. an example is attached. picture a checker board with no fill just stroke. a few thousands of an inch gets overlapped over some of the squares. i drew it up in illustrator (vector) once done i expanded it and united everything(welded) then sent to my cutting software called stonecut.

Doesn't look like you got it completely welded or your cutter is just off-tracking (a common problem) but it's hard to tell in the pic. If you can post the cut file that would help a lot. It has to be 1000kb or less so you might have to save it to an svg for size.
