FFGANDALF 0 Posted May 13, 2016 I have Flexsign 8.5 with a Roland CX-500 Vinyl Cutter. I can cut vinyl fine as long as it's all one panel/tile, or as long if it's multiple panels if I cut them all at once. If I try to cut the panels one at a time the first panel cuts, but when I go to cut the 2nd only the cutter will continuously roll in and out the material to the extents of the cut without cutting and Production Manager holds at 0%.
