"Cannot open port"

I recently just got Flexi Sign 10 and I'm trying to send a job from my Seiki Tech 1350T using the program but in production manager it says "Cannot open port". I've tried the other ports that it lists but none work. I'm using a USB 2.0 Cable.

Any Help :huh: Thanks in advance

did you happen to load the driver for the usb chipset from seiki first?

I am not sure on the settings for a seiki cutter - might try giving sai a call for support Phone: 1800.229.9044

they are always there to answer questions for the software they sell- their support is great. no sense banging your head on the wall when help is a phone call away

My brother figured it out, accidentally downloading the x64bit drivers instead of the x32bit. Thanks again bud
