Siser Brick Warning Nothing Bad

So I got a few yrd of this siser brick and I must say its very very very very thick did I mention very thick. best order a new blade holder and new blade which I just ordered cuz I used my blade holder for my rhinestone and flock holder. this stuffif thick.

 

I used a 60 degree blade and the first 2 tries it cut but not neat the edges was not straight as the rubber was not cut all the way thru. my blade is so far out I was scared it might go thru and cut up my cutting strip. but it was all good. here is my settngs

 

Graphtec Ce5000-60

Cut in Reverse

Cleancut Blade 60*

Blade out about creditcard length.

offset angle 0

Hotronix Fusion settings

 

• Preheat garment for 5 seconds to remove wrinkles and/or moisture
• Cover with a teflon sheet to prevent scorching (optional)
• Temperature: 311 F/155 C
• Pressure: Medium-Firm
• Time: 10 seconds front
• Time: 10 seconds on the back shirt threaded
• Peel HOT

What pressure do you normally cut at dj?

I usally cut flock at 18 or sticky flock at 20 and 2x cut. This stuff is thick.
