VisualExpressionsNJ 11 Posted April 23, 2016 I pre-transferred 2 colors at a time so i just had to layer 2 layers on the boat. The boat was still supposed to be dry docked when i got there, the boat was gone. The marina decided to put the boat in the water without notifying my client.
