Titan 3 Laser Offset and Suction Hold Down?

Ok, i have been able to setup the plotter in Flexi to where it now finds all the registration marks correctly and on its own. However it appears the offset between the laser/optical eye and the blade is off.  Way off!!

Does anyone know how to calibrate/correct the offset?

 

Also, not that it is a problem as of yet, but the UsCutter page for the Titan 3, clearly states it has a suction hold down system for thin material.  Does anyone know how to turn that feature on, or see if it is actually working?

So you have got your Titan 3 to correctly work with Flexi?
