I have a file that i am trying to cut and it gets about a quarter through it then puts a line through my letters and then goes all the way to the left side of machine and grinds. Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted April 9, 2016 2 possible things -= first ground your stand to your cutter - static build up is notorious for doing just that - other thing the mh cutter has a small memory so if the file is large it can do that. last thing several people after taking note of the first two have done better using as serial connection or a tripp lite keyspan brand adapter for the serial conversion as the chipset in the mh is known to be pretty flaky Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
