VinylMaster Cut - Sending a diagonal cut to SC-25

Any idea why my cutter creates a diagonal cut right at the start of my contour cut? It only happens sometimes, usually on the first image on the heat transfer paper, then the rest of the subsequent cuts for that image and the rest, cut correctly.

I am using the serial port and have installed the latest version of the software and drivers. I've tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling, adjusting the pinch rollers, cleaning the blade chamber, etc.

Probably not lifting the blade, go to Vinyl Spooler, "File" menu, "Export Device" and email to support@future.support - be sure to include an outline of the issue.

My best advice to you is to cycle your machine between jobs....Turn it off and back on again
