LeeCrampton 0 Posted December 16, 2015 So I used inkscape to convert a file to svg which seems to have worked but when I click import from flexistarter I can't find the svg file. Why is this and where could I possibly locate the svg files? Thanks.
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted December 16, 2015 Flexistarter does not import svg files... Save the file in inkscape as an .eps file.also...Flexistarter can import .eps files.
LeeCrampton 0 Posted December 16, 2015 Just tried .eps and the only .eps files are under adobe illustrator?
LeeCrampton 0 Posted December 16, 2015 But the files do show up. I just get a warning message saying it's not an adobe illustrator file.
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted December 16, 2015 an .eps file is an encapsulated post script file. Go down to POST SCRIPT in the drop down box... Mine has *PS .EPS,*2PS,*FJB and on with others. I use Flexistater 8.6 which is probably older than yours and have no problem importing .eps files
LeeCrampton 0 Posted December 16, 2015 Sorry to be such a bother but I've managed to open the file and when I click to print it just shows a box the size of the thing I actually want to print...
