busterbay 326 Posted December 16, 2015 How do I split a vector in two using 6x ? I grabbed a vector at random ( drawn in black ) , I drew a curve ( in red ) and I want to split the vector in two using the curved line. See attached files. Thanks, BB sample.zip
Sue2 920 Posted December 16, 2015 I think "Back minus Front" should work on this. You have to convert the line to an object (Edit: add some width to line first) Select both Arrange>Shaping>Back minus Front Then break object apart. Sue2

busterbay 326 Posted December 16, 2015 Check that - I forgot to add a width to the line. Worked like a charm once I did that.
Sue2 920 Posted December 16, 2015 Plus, there are several pieces to the flames graphic... sometimes Corel can be fussy doing all pieces at one time.... other times not! Glad it worked for you! Sue2

Sue2 I noticed that about Coreldraw. This isn't the graphic that I wanted to split but I figured if I could get it to work on this one others should be a breeze. It's funny how sometimes the answer can be right in front of your nose.
