Native1 0 Posted December 9, 2015 My Roland GX-24 is running the vinyl off and slightly bunching everytime I cut and throwing off everything. Please help! I can't even finish a job but a small one. This machine has always worked great until now. Any help would be great.
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted December 9, 2015 are you putting the vinyl in and running it back and forth some to make sure you are putting it in straight?on the bunching - are the rollers all the way toward the outside? did you check for a broken blade tip? are you using the absolute least amount of blade possible by adjusting your blade properly? slice&dice 2,450 Posted December 9, 2015 My SC machine was prone to do this because the Pinch Rollers (those spring-loaded ones with small black wheels) would be positioned above a GAP in the grit roller below. Always check placement of the pinch rollers to make sure they don't sit above a spot that isn't in contact with the steel grit roller.

Assuming that you have had success in the past I wonder if you have had something happen to a grit roller or something.
Native1 0 Posted December 10, 2015 It seems to have been a static problem. Hmmm never new that was an issue. A little spray of static guard fixed it up. Thank you all for your help.
