ShowMeCleaning 53 Posted December 6, 2015 I'm a new printer for sublimation. I've using Epson. Heads get clogged way to much. So is the Sawgrass sublimation printer worth the money with less hassle???

mfatty500 454 Posted December 7, 2015 I have left my Ricoh sit for months at a time and it prints perfect every time, just do a nozzle check and have at it. Although I did discover a leak in it somewhere. I use Sawgrass inks only.

mfatty500 454 Posted December 7, 2015 No I have not, I'll be contacting Sawgrass, (as was suggested by Dakota) Monday to see what may be the problem, I'll keep the forum posted, Like I said, I don't use it much but when I do it works. Sounds like the most interesting man in the world. "I don't always print but when I do, it works"

GraphxNMore 282 Posted December 7, 2015 Ditto what everyone says. I do vinyl and sublimation as a side job. There's times I'll go a month or longer without touching it. Nozzle check and roll with it. I also leave it plugged in and let it go to sleep on its own.
