Corel Draw X7 and MH 871 Mk 2 letters not cutting completely

I bought the MH 871 Mk 2 with stand on special.  It is for my girlfriend who makes craft signs.

 

I already had corel draw x7.  Cut perfect on a roland camm servo 24.  (I have access to one but not 24/7, Should have saved up and bought one of those.)

 

It cuts fine mostly.  But it leaves small gaps in the cutting of letters.  I haven't tried shapes yet.

It cuts the test shape just fine.

 

I have also tried to export to SCAL pro 3 and it errors out.  I will have to get the exact error when I get home.

 

Is their a plug in I need or just a setting?

 

Windows 7.  Tried Windows 10 but no driver yet.

You will have to download the Scalp plug in from Craftedge.com for Scalp.  Corel is not cutting software...

If the problem continues after your software is setup properly you may need to add a little overcut.
