Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted November 24, 2015 back then they had a problem with the carts killing the printers (never really admitted it but sure replaced a lot of printers free) even out of warranty I would contact them - now with the patent expired they are even more pressed to make people happy 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
