storm2313 25 Posted November 3, 2015 I just bought my Titan 3, and have been loving the machine. The other day I ran a job, and jogged to the opposite side of the machine to remove the artwork without possibly hitting the blade. I stopped short of the opposite side of the machine. When the blade had stopped to the new location. I removed the artwork, and as soons as I did the machines blade holder smacked into the machine by itself! It was really hard almost like no limit switch was there. It was like 5 to 10 seconds after the blade holder was sitting in the new location that this occurred. I then had the same thing happen today after running another job. It seems to be at random. Has anyone else had issues like this? Thank you.
storm2313 25 Posted November 13, 2015 US cutter sent me a new motherboard. I replaced it and my troubles vanished. I also changed the USB cable to a double shielded model. Problem solved. Thank you US cutter for your excellent service.
