Please Help. During Cutting and Tile Tiling, The Blade Jumps or Skips Over

Recommended Posts

Hi.  While Cutting Flames or Skulls my Cutter Blade seems to Jump over a mm or 2 during Tile / Tiling and then the whole Graphic is off because the blade is no longer cutting where it should be.

I'm using the Refine MH721 with the SignBlazer Software.  Is there was way to get this to stop doing what it's doing?

Will adding more memory to the Cutter increase it's buffer so that the whole machine doesnt have to stop cutting and get more data from the software and continue to cut some more without having to stop so often?

Most of my smaller graphics seem to get screwed up and some of the larger ones as well when this happens forcing me to recut everything all over again.

Thanks for your help.

Jim

Open one of your graphics, and then goto the cutter menu.

Take a screen shot and post it.

If you want, I can call you just PM your phone number.

Well,... I'm not sure what you mean by going in to the cutter menu cut this is what i see when i click on "Cutter" and then "Cut"

Ok, that file that you took a screenshot of, does it cut out fine?

Usually by the time it gets to the 3rd and 6th flame it'll Pause and Skip.

It's like it'll be in the middle of cutting and either the roller or the vinyl or the blade doesnt stop in time when it decides to re-buffer itself and it causies it to skip and it'll end up cutting that flame un-even.

The rest of the flames will cut just fine, The only one that gets screwed up is the one that the cutter decides to stop and re-buffer itself on.

Make sense?
