First of all, make sure you have this version of SBE -- http://support.uscutter.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/GetAttachment/190/24198 Also, there is a CDM driver you'll want to install http://www.uscuttersupport.com/downloads/Drivers/cdm20828_setup_windows.exe Now, we're assuming you are using USB connection.
