Oracal 5600 or 3M 5100 for fire department

Which would you recommend for reflective vinyl? Does the Oracal 5600 reflect better?

I would check the regulations on that - I think it is NFPA that sets the standards - betting it will be a 3m product if it is for a fire department official use.  they change it about yearly

Was told there are no regulations for the fire chief unit. But I am going to put a 2" stril all around of gold/red high reflective tape. Cant remember the correct name right off hand.... So, what would you recommend? Oracal 5600 or 3M 5100

Going with 5600 after all. I haven't tried yet, but how should I go about making the "strobe" effect at the end of a 5" like?

I used 5600 for some EMS installs it meets standards acording to the specs I read. I liked it but I havent tried other brands.
