Looking for Large format vinyl cutter production

I have a large safety floor stripping project (maybe over 60K sq ft.) that I had considered making one-use vinyl stencils to lay on the concrete and then paint areas not protected.  I am trying to find a company that can make these stencils, (some areas are 10feetx 20feet) and walkways are 4 feet wide by hundreds of feet long.  Not sure if this will be cost effective, but we need a faster system than taping out diagonal stripes due to time constraint. Any leads or information will be appreciated.
