Rip_frannie 47 Posted September 5, 2015 What's up everyone. I'm using a wf-1100 for my sub printing. I'm getting a off color though for some. I'm using Corel draw and have tried a lot of the different profiles. My question is what could all cause this. All my cartridges are full. Heads are clean. Wildgoose 4,200 Posted September 5, 2015 Dye Sublimation? Did you double check your temperature with an infrared temp gun. Lots of color issues from too high or low. Who's ink are you using? You should be using profiles supplied from them. This is particularly important with dye sub since the true color doesn't show up until you are committed. I use and highly suggest Cobra Ink. OWJones 1,981 Posted September 9, 2015 And are you seeing the off color before or after pressing? The printed image that comes out of the printer will always look "off" compared to how it will look when pressed...
