Richcg 2 Posted September 1, 2015 I have reloaded my Corel X7 and my CM3 as I was having some issues with program crashing. Now all is reloaded and my CE-5000-120 won't sync. I have tried factory reset ( up arrow and turn on) Checked to make sure it is set to GL-GL Rebooted several times Reloaded driver OPS662_CP_Driver_VER290E-W64 Running Win 7 Prof 64 bit With no media, it reports ( in CM3 ) "no Media" but when I load media, it just sits and syncs. I have loaded CM2 and run the test cut and it worked fine! I am starting to go nutty trying to solve this. Am I missing something? rich Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Richcg 2 Posted September 1, 2015 Ok, problem solved. Before I did a firmware update, which still not sure of as machine reads V6.10 and latest firmware is 3.90.... ..... started thinking. I loaded the latest CM3 software V2.950.599. So.... went back and loaded V 2.2.881.583, still no joy, then went back to V 2.1.610, and all started working again. Later versions have something that my Win 7 CE5000 didn't like. So... Back in business!!!! Hope this helps others too! And thank you Mfatty for responding so quickly.
