DiabeticCop 0 Posted August 2, 2015 When my cutter is set at a speed of 50 (Like always) The blade jumps like crazy cutting a straight line from left to right and it doesn't even cut the line, it makes little cuts due to the jumping. It cuts normal going all other directions. When I cut a circle and it cuts part of the circle going from the left to right, It doesn't make a rounded corner. It cuts in and makes it kinda straight. Any thoughts on why I am having problems going from the left to right?
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 2, 2015 Broken blade tip? Vinyl scraps in the blade holder? Try a few drops of light sewing machine oil etc in the blade holder... Messed up teflon cutting strip? Make sure white wheels of carriage head firmly down in the track and nothing in the track like dust etc.
