Primal Decals 621 Posted July 28, 2015 I have a customer who wants me to use his existing wood from his sign. If im able to remove the old vinyl will there be a issue when trying to apply the new vinyl?Or Do i just clean the surface as if it were new etc .Any advice on this would be great .Thank you In Advance..
