highlighting gridlines in Scal 4

I upgraded from 3 to 4 and in 3 my gridlines highlighted and Id like it to do so in 4. Anyone know if this is an option to turn on somewhere? For example when if I wanted to make a text 10 in wide the gridlines would highlight above and to the left so I knew I was right at 10in. Help please
