Kim Jessen 0 Posted June 15, 2015 Hello Has a Graphtec ce5000-120. When I turn on the machine then comes standard info in the display. And usually could I press enter and calibrated cutting head. Now, nothing happens. or i can turn off the machine for 24 hours and then run it again for 30 minutes. But it just stops no error codes. Have had it disassembled and cleaned all sensor etc. but it has not worked. Anyone who has experienced the same problem. any suggestions. kim jessen

Wildgoose 4,200 Posted June 18, 2015 I don't own one but when it stops does it actually shut off or just lock up? I was thinking power supply twigging out.
Kim Jessen 0 Posted June 18, 2015 It stops just. there is text on the display but no err. text. it simply stops. measured on supply and it looks stable enough
bamafan2277 50 Posted June 18, 2015 I just recently bought a Graphtec and have read about them for quite a while. That is a unusual error. I would suggest giving Graphtec support a call so they can help look into the issue.
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted June 18, 2015 is there a Denmark graphtec office or do you have to cal the US?
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted June 18, 2015 Here is Graphtec Europe with phone numbers.. for sales.. The Denmark store does show support, but I don't know if they can help you with this problem. But may be able to direct you to Graphtec support that can help with your problem. http://www.graphteccorp.com/contact/sales_europe.html

Command 97 Posted June 22, 2015 Also, you guys should embrace the way of the cheap! Always be on the lookout for good deals. That is how you end up with a bunch of vinyl rolls in your kitchen.................... .. ... .. ....
