SimplieGirlieCutter 0 Posted May 23, 2015 I just bought a Creation Cutting Plotter PCUT CT Series from an individual. I am using a Gateway all in one computer and I do not have a place for my cable to plug into my computer. What do I do? Is there a way to get some type of wireless connection? Help Anyone? MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted May 23, 2015 Is there a way to send you a pic? Look at the model number....I don't know anything about your computer, I was just going to look up the specs on it. A picture does not help me.
SimplieGirlieCutter 0 Posted May 23, 2015 Sorry, here is the correct one ZX4665G
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted May 23, 2015 The specs say you have Number of USB Ports 1 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0 Look for your USB ports. I used this ad. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gateway-One-ZX-Series-DQ-GF0AA-001-ZX4665G-UW31-All-in-One-Desktop-PC-Intel-/251953124024?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3aa99392b8 What kind of connection is on the vinyl cutter? SimplieGirlieCutter 0 Posted May 23, 2015 The cord that came with cutter is not basic USB. It is one with prongs that have a tightening screw on each side. I am thinking I might have to call the company and get a new cord.
SimplieGirlieCutter 0 Posted May 23, 2015 The connection on vinyl cutter is the same but bigger
Macon Innovations 228 Posted May 23, 2015 i think im confused here......What kind of connection is on your cutter? And i know your all in one has USB ports.....Im thinking it more than likely has a serial type port on the cutter.....So you should be able to use a keyspan adapter to go from USB from your computer to Serial on your cutter.....Pictures would help me At least on your cutter
