skarekrow 1,842 Posted March 31, 2015 You'll need to learn to convert raster to vector if you wanna do custom work with a plotter, txav8r. Dig in... there is plenty of info available here with the search box as well as Youtube.
txav8r 1 Posted March 31, 2015 Thanks MB20music! I appreciate it. Thanks for the constructive criticism folks. I know I should be better at this but when I converted it it got too blurry and would take forever to clean it up. This is only the 3rd time i've asked for help in the 6 years I've been here so dont beat on me too much.
Jesse F. 7 Posted March 31, 2015 What program are you currently using to convert your files?
txav8r 1 Posted April 1, 2015 I was trying to use an app called "image converter" I had inkscape on my computer but it crashed. when I got it fixed, inkscape wasn't there anymore and it wont seem to download from the web. I just get a wait screen.
Jesse F. 7 Posted April 1, 2015 You can always download the demo of SCALP off of the support website and convert your files in there using the trace image function. http://www.uscuttersupport.com/downloads.php
