maynedecals 0 Posted March 30, 2015 hey guys, hope im in the rite section, sorry if i am not, but recently on my us cutter, i have been cutting and the cutter has been picking up some edges on vinyl, almost puilling it up, i am useing a 45 degree blade, im pretty sure my settings on my cutter are correct, and tips would really appreciate it guys, thank you Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted March 30, 2015 Sounds like too much blade exposed, can also be too fast of speed.. Set blade depth like this To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. You should only be cutting the vinyl and barely a mark on wax paper backing, Adjust blade to get there, Then put the blade holder back in machine, and use the force of the machine to get there, same results, only cutting the vinyl and barely a mark in wax paper backing. 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
