That is called 'chatter' and occurs when the carriage is not smoothly sliding across the rails (not properly seated on track), or perhaps the blade itself is being prevented from spinning freely in the bearing (remove the holder and check for vinyl debris).

I removed the holder to check for debris.....nothing there.

The "chatter" happened at the same spot for all of my cuts (I did 10).

How would i check if its gliding smooth on the rails? This cutter is still fairly new. I got it last September.

That is cutting across the width of the cutter? If so try slowing it down a little.
