Pricing on large image. Also -- any philly area sign shops?

Hi 

I'm trying to cut an image that is too big for my cutter -- so I'm outsourcing. Any shops that are in the Philadelphia area that anyone can recommend? 

 

It's 30 x 56.  The eps is too big to upload on here, but I've included a snapshot. 

I'd like oracal 631 and would like it unweeded with application tape applied. 

 

Any thoughts?
