efimage 42 Posted January 15, 2015 Has anybody seen this yet? http://www.dyetrans.com/virtuoso.php I am wondering if Sawgrass just rebadged the Ricoh’s or if they actually made any hardware or firmware changes to the Ricoh’s so they are optimized for Dye Subbing? It looks like they use a different ink also Sublijet-HD. I need to email Conde and see what the actually differences are. efimage 42 Posted January 15, 2015 He is what Conde said "The duplex units have been removed so you can now access the print line better, to remove debris, clean and attend to jams. The HD inks are packaged in genuine Ricoh cartridges and the ink is designed for the printers and the chip, increasing the gamut. There are other improvements, too, please watch the videos."
