Wildgoose 4,200 Posted January 9, 2015 Nylon is special. Use siser easy weed extra or stahls super film if it's stretchy fabric which most jackets aren't. The sister is more fun to work with and applies at lower temperatures. Problem with the extra & Super film is they're only good on nylon and polyester. It has has to do with the way the adhesive has to work. If you find polyester shell jackets then regular siser or stretch sister work fine they just don't like nylon, they fall off. About the only other consideration is whether the shell has some sort of anti-stain agent that may effect ANY kind of vinyl.
