Can someone please help with a good vector

Can any of you get a good vector of this picture?   I have tried and cannot get a good one.  A friend had sent it to me wanting to use it for a "In Memory of" sticker.

Where do u find free vectors and how do I get them imported to my scal program? Im new and want to learn everything

search the internet  FREE vector designs or images.    Many, many sites out there.  But only use the legal ones.or ones that you have permission to use.....or you might find yourself with problems you don't want.
