Graphtec Studio Status: "Syncing" Mode

Hi all,

 

Anyone have experience with Graphtec Studio? My cutter is recognized and listed on the right side. However when I send a job the status on the computer says " Status: Syncing". and nothing happens.

 

Driver installed OK for USB, Cutter set to GP-GL. Cutter Shows Condition 1...Ready.

 

the Cutter also shows up listed in my software.

 

For kicks, I tried signblazer to no avail (even in HP-GL mode).  Test cuts at the cutter perfom just fine.

Sounds like an issue with either Port settings in windows, or Bad USB cord.

How are you sure your USB driver is "OK"?

just solved minutes ago. i had to assign the driver to the Graphtec FC7000- and place in printers area under devices and printers. Of course user error :)
