Purchased a Vector file today, can't open in SB

A very simple vector image of a  Chain Ring to a bicycle I purchased today. Its a eps. file.

I have Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Inkscape, and I use Signblazer to cut.

It came as a lot of "12" Rings but I just would like to use the top right one.

Any help is much appreciated!
