Hi, welcome to the Forums.

How did you decide that the MoBo required replacing?

Is that the recommendation from USCUTTER support after they did some troubleshooting on your original problem?

Hardware issues like what you are describing are virtually impossible to deal with remotely on this Forum here.

I replaced the motherboard because my cutter was not powering on correctly and screen was blinking blue and tech support said replace the motherboard. I got my new one today and now it all seems to work except blade don't move at all. I went back and rechecked all connections.

The blade carriage will not move, even manually using the keypad? Maybe other circuitry (keypad or carriage control board) was the primary issue to begin with (causing the display to fail) and not anything related to the motherboard.

However, this is between you and USCUTTER Support to deal with, since it was their suggestion to spend money on the MoBo, instead of replacing a faulty keypad or a carriage control board.

Up and down is controlled by the Z-chip.

They fry very easily (static electric shock will crisp that chip), and are cheap to replace.
