I cant seem to get a good trace, looked on the net and was unable to find a vector or a higher resolution picture.

Here's a quick trace on a B/W image found under a google search. A little tinkering should get it. You'll need to redo the text and add whisker extensions, no trouble there though. Also clean up the tracks and wheels.
