Mama-mia ------- barter for marinara

Just finished a small sign (9" x 12") for a pizza shop that is selling their terrific marinara tomato sauce.

 

Instead of cash, I requested to be compensated with several containers of The Sauce !!!  (it's really, really delicious, made with imported italian sweet grape-tomatoes)

 

 

Anyone else care to share stories of barters that made them happy?

I've done the same!

Have an friend who needed some copies of her grandkids pictures.

 

Traded for her killer spaghetti sauce....I got the better end of that deal

I did 4 shirt (client supplied) with 5ft of HTV in trade for an old Hix clam press. Best barter deal i have made. 

 

It's my current back-up but in a couple days when the Fusion comes I'm putting both my current swing away and the Hix clam on craigslist and sell whichever one goes first and keep the other for back-up.

I'm currently working a deal with a Friend who's an auto painter.  

 

I've got 12 shirts with his logo that I made him, 100 3"x3" decals, 1 banner, and his new store front window.  

 

And he's going to paint my Pathfinder, Full base/clear + wet sand and buff.
