mr300s 1,272 Posted November 8, 2014 I was picked to represent all the Vietnam Veterans of America and to accept an award for the Welcome home that Vietnam Vets never got. It was a awesome honor and I felt both Honored and Humbled. mabscotthandyman 1,410 Posted November 9, 2014 A well deserved thank you even if over 40 years late. The returning troops during Viet Nam were shunned, called baby killers and even spat upon. I lost some very good friends during the Vietnam war and many came back to die from the war many years later. So thank you for your service and a salute.
