GoldStarDad 2 Posted October 22, 2014 I have a r2000, the paper light and ink light is flashing at the same time and the power light is off, I bought a new r2000 with out a print head and installed it in new printer and the darn thing is doing the same thing, took out print head cleaned it and reinstalled it, same thing. No usb cable hooked up being new printer following there directions in setting up. My guess bad print head? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
