101LEDs 100 Posted September 25, 2014 Download the file at the bottom. Open and use the draw function to trace the shirt outline on your paper media or cut out of vinyl if desired. (skip 3 if vinyl is used) Tape the template to your material and use a sharp knife to cut through the paper to leave the outline. Slowly cut the outline free, watch for the blade catching flutes. Cut the trim pieces out of vinyl, 2x if doing a double sided sign. Design/cut your text. 12" wide worked good. Everything is sized for 18x24 coroplast. Apply vinyl like a normal sign.
