I have a call in for help but wanted to check in here to see if anyone may be able to assist since so many of you are so smart when it comes to these machines.Issue #1 - When I move a file into the print queue, I am getting a time out error.Issue #2 (the major one) - When I do print, it is printing black boxes... see attachment...
