Has anyone applied for a trademark?

Im thinking about stop making tons of random decals and maybe file for a trademark

And focus on a brand for decals shirts mugs etc... Do any of you guys have a trademark? Wanted to know the cost and time frame it takes. Also do you think its a good idea compared to just making decsls?

I can't answer on the legalities of getting a trademark, or how much,  but if you do get your own logo and trademark,  I hope Duramax, Cummins, Powerstroke, Jeep, Grumpy Cat, Google, Cadillac,Barbie,Superman logo,  all steal your trademark/logos, and make money off of it.  I think that would be fair......TCDecals

What is the point in applying for a Trademark to protect your work when you don't seem to respect others trademarked status?
