too much blade is probably the problem.  Set your blade like this below ....Also, now that you have been in the adhesive, clean your blade with some alcohol..    Use a slower speed until you get it right...   What vinyl is that?  How small is that lettering?

To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. You should only be cutting the vinyl and barely a mark on wax paper backing, Adjust blade to get there, Then put the blade holder back in machine, and use the force of the machine to get there, same results, only cutting the vinyl and barely a mark in wax paper backing.

I have used Oramask 813 with tiny letters- and on a pcut, 60 deg blade. It certainly has its challenges. I would recommend over cut if your software has it?

I'm using 45 degree blade might that be the problem. Cleaning it helped a lot also doing the bladething. It is cutting a lot better thank you

I use a 45 degree blade and don't have problems on small lettering..  I can cut 0.2" tall   Avery chrome. great.  I have an FC7000mk2-75
